FRONTIER DEVELOPMENTS

At Frontier Developments, I’ve played a central role in shaping and delivering email marketing and CRM strategy across a diverse portfolio of globally recognised game franchises. Working across all brands, I’ve led the planning, execution, and optimisation of campaigns throughout the full lifecycle—from pre-launch build-up through to post-launch engagement. This has included spearheading email strategy and implementation for major titles such as F1 Manager 24, Elite Dangerous, Planet Coaster, Chaos Gate: Daemonhunters, Planet Coaster Console, Jurassic World Evolution 2, and Planet Coaster 2. My work has focused on driving player engagement, increasing retention, and ensuring each campaign aligns with both brand identity and commercial objectives.

 

In addition to campaign delivery, I’ve been instrumental in evolving Frontier’s CRM capabilities. I led the transition from Acoustic to HubSpot, tailoring the new platform to meet the company’s specific needs for scalable, data-driven marketing. This involved redefining processes, implementing new workflows, and ensuring seamless integration across teams. Through this transformation, I’ve helped establish a more agile and insight-led approach to email marketing, enabling more personalised and effective communication with players at every stage of their journey.
